Canon 600D Video features The highest video quality in the Canon 600D is 1920 x 1080 and it can record in MPEG-4 and H.264 file format. 1080p quality provides a good balance for video quality vs file size but FULL HD will not leave you with much room to crop.Generally I operate my 600D fully manual to get the results I want.
